The Workforce is focused on reporting and recording what working on the Houghton University campus is like for a student employee. It will focus on multiple jobs and multiple students in order to obtain as many perspectives and opinions from students as possible; what their thoughts and feelings are about how their jobs work and if there is anything else they want to note about their employment.

Understanding student workers' thought processes and feelings on the work they do and how they do it on campus could be useful for both Houghton University employees, current students, and perspective students alike. If done right, this blog could provide an insight to Houghton University that has not been considered before.

So, to summarize what this blog is meant to be, it is to focus around the student workers' perspective and experiences from their work here on the Houghton University campus. Hopefully, this blog can deliver content as well as intended.
